Account Executive

National Corporate Housing is a growing company looking that is always looking for experienced Outside Sales Representatives to sell Corporate Housing to new and existing clients. Our Account Executives present services to corporate accounts and individuals at the customer's place of business.

National Corporate Housing is a leader in the corporate housing industry. We locate temporary housing for companies or individuals that are working on special assignments or are relocating to a new area for stays of 30 days or longer. We are in the business of creating a home away from home. We service clients on a local, national, and international level while promoting teamwork in our offices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads
  • Must enjoy hunting for new business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Gain market share
  • Make presentations to C level Executives
  • Offers solutions and closes the sale
  • Develops and maintains relationships with apartment personnel and property managers
  • Join networking groups to meet new clients
  • Attends trade shows on an as needed basis

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self starter with a drive to succeed
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree is ideal
  • Three to Five years of business to business outside sales
  • Experience within the relocation or property management is a plus
  • Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Some travel may be required
