Customer Service Representative

National Corporate Housing is a growing company that is always looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to assist in the day-to-day activities of our offices. The Customer Service Representatives will provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.

National Corporate Housing is a leader in the corporate housing industry. We locate temporary housing for companies or individuals that are working on special assignments or are relocating to a new area for stays of 30 days or longer. We are in the business of creating a home away from home. We service clients on a local, national, and international level while promoting teamwork in our offices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be the first point of contact with customers and employees calling the office
  • Providing support to all levels of customers, vendors and employees
  • Perform a wide range of customer service activities including but not limited to: accessing customer needs, building client and vendor relationships, answering questions, handling and resolving customer issues
  • Facilitate vendor requests
  • Schedule and coordinate furniture deliveries, maid services, maintenance issues
  • Set up and disconnect all utilities for corporate apartments
  • Walk all apartments prior to move in and after move out
  • Ensure all apartments meet standards
  • Lock box distribution, pick up, and control
  • Maintain inventory necessary to perform daily duties including, but not limited, light bulbs, batteries, cleaning supplies, lock boxes, move in gifts etc.
  • Meet with owners, inspect potential inventory, take pictures, and make recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of miles driven, purpose of trip and daily activity
  • Daily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed

Job Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Must have drivers license and a clean driving record
  • Have a “whatever it takes” attitude toward customer satisfaction, apartment quality, and customer expectations
  • Day time travel is a requirement for this position
  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to build business relationships through phone calls and meetings
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks, work independently and multi task
  • Must have an attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
