About Corporate Housing
What is the Difference Between Corporate Housing and a Hotel or Extended Stay Suite?
--Time and time again, National Corporate Housing has been named "My home-away-from-home."
Cost Savings: We offer you our fully-furnished and tastefully decorated corporate accommodations at rates that are 30-50% less than a hotel or extended stay suite. Please ask about our special discounted rates for longer stays of 3, 6 and 12-month intervals.
Spacious Living: With 25-30% more living space than a hotel or extended stay suite, all of our apartments have separate full-size kitchens (including full size appliances), with a living room, dining room, and master bedroom and bath. We understand that being away from the comforts of your home is sometimes challenging. Our corporate accommodations feel - and are furnished - like the living space of your home.
Account Maintenance/Direct Billing: We provide a customized invoice for individuals or groups. If you are an individual staying with us, or if your company has multiple accounts with us, we will customize your invoice including project codes or direct billing information to match your needs. Report Tracking - to include contact information with the location, city, addresses and phone numbers of each of your associates - is available at no additional cost.
Mesaurable Savings in Day-to-Day Expenses: - Our Fully-equipped Kitchens allow you to choose whether to eat in or dine out. Having to dine out, 7 days a week, becomes a tremendous expense.
- Washers and dryers in each place (vs. dry cleaning or coin laundry machines) are convenient and cost-effective.
- Additionally, many of our clients have more than one Associate out-of-town (i.e. working on a project) at once.
What if my family and I are not part of a 'corporate move' but are seeking a temporary solution while our house is being built? Can you assist us?
- Of course! A large percentage of our guests are in your same position. Virtually all of our communities are child and pet-friendly. Your family's comfort is our mission.

- We understand that the real estate and building industry often dictate uncertain delivery times. We only require a 30-day notice prior to your departure, so your stay with us may be as long or short as you need.
What amenities does National offer?
Our nationwide communities offer only the finest in amenity packages, from pools and saunas to indoor fitness and business centers. Concierge services complement many of our community offerings, and we can easily arrange housekeeping and other services. Many communities have movie theaters, tot lots, and activities for you and your family.

Reservations
How do I make a Reservation?
Call 1-888-916-9520 and speak directly with one of our friendly Corporate Housing Consultants to arrange your stay with us.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
Depending on availability, you may be able to make your reservation the same day you plan to arrive. Some requests mandate several weeks notice, depending on location and needs.
What is your minimum length of stay or lease term?
- We require a minimum stay of 30 days, or one month. After that, you may be as flexible as you need to be. Our policy instructs you to simply submit a 30-day advance notice of your departure.
- If you have a need for Corporate Housing for 3, 6 or 12 months, National Corporate Housing doesn't add on additional cost, we actually extend a discounted rate for longer stays or lease terms.
How do I check in?
Please call National Corporate Housing at 1-888-916-9520 before you arrive if you have any questions or concerns about check-in times or procedures. - Check-in procedures may vary according to the community. Most of our communities offer 24-hour check-in, but certain apartment locations do require advanced notice to pick up your keys on weekends or after hours (regular hours are 9am-5pm).
- PLEASE include your arrival time-frame in your reservation.
I will need to bring my pets with me - is this possible?
With advance notice, National Corporate Housing will be able to place you in a pet-friendly community in the city where you will be our guest. You will find that often times there is a breed restriction for some dogs, and some of our properties offer only feline-friendly accommodations. An additional refundable and non-refundable security deposit may also be required.
Are unfurnished apartments also available on a month-to-month basis?
National Corporate Housing does offer unfurnished apartments on a month-to-month basis. Unless otherwise specified, we include connection and hook-up of all of your utilities, phone and cable.
Rates
What are your rates?
Our rates vary from city to city, are based on availability, and change seasonally. For locations not included on our reservations page (as they are modified and fluctuate weekly), please call us at 1-888-916-9520.
What is included in your rate?
We include the connection and payment of all utilities, including electric, cable, gas and water. Weekly and bi-weekly maid service, high-speed internet and other services are available upon request and can be included in your rate. - Additionally, customized invoicing is a standard feature with all of our packages.
- Security deposits (refundable) are required in some of our communities.
How do I pay?
You may pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DINERS CLUB. If your company has a Corporate Account with us, our accounting team will bill your company directly during the length of your stay with us.
My company said I may be reimbursed for temporary housing. Can my company be billed directly? How does that work?
National Corporate Housing already has a vast portfolio of direct billing accounts with national and international companies. If we already have a corporate account set up with your company, we will begin invoicing your company when you begin your stay with us.
