General Manager
National Corporate Housing is always looking for energetic and experienced Sales Managers. The General Managers will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales and operations in the office. With their leadership the office will build a strong market presence and continued customer loyalty.
National Corporate Housing is a leader in the corporate housing industry. We locate temporary housing for companies or individuals that are working on special assignments or are relocating to a new area for stays of 30 days or longer. We are in the business of creating a home away from home. We service clients on a local, national, and international level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office is profitable
- Develop and implement short and long term strategic plans
- Hunt for new business opportunities
- Ensure office is consistent with Company standards and policies
- Monitor expenses
- Review and/or acquire new inventory as needed
- Review client relations issues and resolve when necessary
- Perform periodic inspections to make sure inventory is up to standards
- Gain market visibility and market share for Company
- Attend sales calls and make presentations to C level Executives
- Maintain appropriate marketing materials for market
- Employ qualified associates by hiring, counseling, and training employees

Job Requirements:
- Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self starter with a drive to succeed
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree is ideal
- Management experience in relocation, hospitality, property management, corporate housing, travel or real estate is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel
- Some travel may be required
