National Sales
National Corporate Housing is a growing company looking for an experienced National Sales Account Executive to sell Corporate Housing to Fortune 500 Companies. This person will present services to corporate accounts and C Level Executives.
National Corporate Housing is a leader in the corporate housing industry. We locate temporary housing for companies or individuals that are working on special assignments or are relocating to a new area for stays of 30 days or longer. We are in the business of creating a home away from home. We service clients on a local, national, and international level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate lists of prospective national sales clients
- Must enjoy hunting for new business
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective national clients
- Gain visibility and market share for National Corporate Housing
- Interface with C Level executives
- Prospect, present, close, secure and retain National accounts and agreements
- Join national networking groups to solicit national sales leads
- Attends trade shows on an as needed basis

Job Requirements:
- Essential to have a proven track record of over 1 million in sales volume
- Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self starter with a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be familiar with the RFP and contractual process
- Attention to detail is critical
- Powerful negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Five years of outside sales experience, or one year in current position
- Experience within the corporate housing industry is a plus
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of time
- National sales account management experience
- Must have supervisory approval
