Tom Atchison-CEO
Tom AtchisonAfter graduating from Oregon State and the University of Denver, Tom Atchison started his career in property and hotel management. In 1985 Tom entered the apartment management industry. Tom held positions of Leasing Manager, Property Manager, and Regional Property Manager with industry leaders such as R&B Realty, Trammell Crow Residential and Summit Properties. In 1995 Tom accepted a position with ExecuStay and as Senior Vice President was responsible for the operations of 18 regional offices.

In June of 1999 Tom opened the first National Corporate Housing office in Reston Virginia. With an Entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence, Tom has successfully opened offices across the United States.

Joe Porpiglia-Chief Operating Officer
Joe PorpigliaJoe Porpiglia is a graduate of the University of Maryland. After college, Joe began a career with the Greenbelt Cooperative where he moved through various positions. Starting as a part time clerk, Joe eventually became the Senior Company Vice President. Needing a new challenge, Joe started a new adventure when he joined Cort Furniture Rental. After several successful years with Cort he began his Corporate Housing career with ExecuStay in 1995. As the Senior Vice President of ExecuStay, Joe was responsible for the entire ExecuStay managed portfolio. Joe assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer at National Corporate Housing in March of 2005.

Jim Foley-Vice President
Jim FoleyIn the Fall of 2003 Jim began preliminary discussions with Tom Atchison, founder and CEO of The Atchison Group dba National Corporate Housing, regarding the future growth and development of his business. The discussions included a conceptual plan involving the creation of three fully integrated companies designed to take advantage of the opportunities in the corporate housing industry. These three companies would capitalize on the benefits associated with operating a corporate housing program, supplying the furniture and house wares to the corporate housing customers and acquire and manage multi-family apartment communities. Jim accepted the challenge of creating the first new company, Apartment Outfitters, and began supplying furniture and house wares in the spring of 2004. After successfully starting Apartment Outfitters, Jim turned his attention to the third division of The Atchison Group and created National Realty Partners (NRP) in 2005. NRP is now a full service real estate company with an emphasis placed on acquiring and managing office, retail and multi-family properties. NRP currently owns and manages office and retail buildings in Northern Virginia, as well as managing over 350 Home Owner and Condominium Association accounts.

Jim attended The University of Hawaii, majoring in Travel Industry Management. His extensive travel experience as a young adult fed his desire to be associated with the hotel management industry. His first position was held at The Mayflower, a 4 star luxury hotel in the heart of the central business district of Washington, D.C. Jim left the Mayflower Hotel, as the Front Office Manager, to pursue a career in the Real Estate industry in the spring of 1986. Since 1986, Jim has worked for industry leaders such as Summit Properties, Oakwood Apartments and Gates, Hudson and Associates.

Greg Ryan-Vice President/Corporate Controller
Greg RyanGreg Ryan is a graduate of the University of Richmond. Upon graduation, Greg joined Chicago Title Corporation. After 10 successful years in various positions including office accountant, Regional Accountant, Assistant Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Area Controller and, finally, Southeast Region Controller, Greg decided to make a change. He joined National Corporate Housing in 2000. Greg provides operational support to the organization, assuring the established accounting management practices and operational cost controls are maintained and comply with regulations.

Kregg Anderson-Chief Financial Officer
Kregg AndersonKregg Anderson received his finance degree from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Upon graduating, Kregg joined UMB Bank in Kansas City, MO as a credit analyst. He spent 6 years focused on commercial banking holding positions of Credit Manager, Commercial Banking Officer and Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending. In 1997, he joined J. Herzog & Sons, Inc., a private investment firm focused on commercial real estate, oil & gas and restaurant investments. In his 7 years at JHS, Kregg specialized in acquisitions, dispositions, arranging debt and equity financing, and investor relations. As Chief Financial Officer and Director of Acquisitions/Dispositions, he was responsible for completing transactions worth over $320 million in value.

Then in August 2007, Kregg joined National Corporate Housing as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to focusing on the company’s financial performance, he will be responsible for both corporate and real estate acquisitions.

Cinda Rodewald-Regional Vice President
Cinda RodewaldCinda Rodewald is a graduate of the University of Houston. Prior to joining National Corporate Housing in 2000, Cinda worked in retail management and buying for 11 years. Cinda is responsible for the direction and support of the following markets: Denver, Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles and Northern California.

Martha Wiley-Regional Vice President
Martha WileyMartha Wiley is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Business Administration. After graduation, Martha joined Residence Inn by Marriott as an Account Executive in Dayton, Ohio and was promoted into similar roles in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. After relocating to Virginia, Martha spent several years working with Oakwood Worldwide where she’s held various positions including Account Executive, Training Manager, International Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager. After leaving Oakwood, Martha joined Execustay by Marriott as Director of Sales in their New York regional office. Through her husband’s career, Martha and her family have had the opportunity to live in Hong Kong, Montreal, Canada, Beijing, China and Melbourne, Australia. Martha Joined National Corporate Housing in 2007 and is responsible for the day-to-day direction and support of National’s office in Chicago, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Atlanta, and South Florida.

Misty Gregarek-Human Resources Manager
Misty GregarekMisty graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. After graduation she went to work full time for Gap Inc., where she had worked since she was 16. While at Gap Inc she held several positions including human resources, merchandising, and training and development. She joined National Corporate Housing as the Human Resource Manager to be an advocate for the employees. Her main goal is to make National Corporate Housing the BEST place to work and provide the best employee benefits!
