How it Works

We are at your service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to accept your claims. After establishing policy limits and the estimated duration of the claim, we will contact your insured within 10 minutes of your call to ease their minds and begin the search process. Within 48 hours they will be choosing from several temporary housing options, all within a few miles of the loss address. Once they have chosen a home, we will contact you with the rate (fully furnished) for approval. Upon receiving approval we will coordinate furniture and amenities deliveries and your insureds will move in! You will be kept as informed as you choose to be throughout the process, whether via phone, email or fax. We customize to your comfort level.

Upon receiving approval from your adjuster, we will immediately begin a housing search, specific to your family. We will bear in mind things such as commuting time, school districts, pets, etc.

We will work closely with you to ensure your personal needs are being met throughout the process and make certain you are comfortable in your safe and local temporary home.

To aide in your transition, the home will be fully furnished with full kitchen, linen, appliance, and furniture packages. Even your family pet will have a full set of bowls!
