We rented a fully furnished apartment and the experience exceeded my expectations. Yes, the furniture was new and clean but the difference was my access to my personal representative who handled whatever my needs were and dealt directly with all utilities, vendors and maintenance within the complex.

I did not have many issues, but what did come up was handled promptly and professionally including an exit interview and survey. You made a big effort to pick me up at my office and take me to see places that fit my budget.
