General Manager
National Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced General Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day to day sales and operations in the office. With their leadership the office will achieve financial success, build a strong market presence and continued customer loyalty. The selected person needs to have strong business and sales acumen, a desire to develop the members of a team, a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive year-round profitability and market share
• Recruit, mentor, and empower high-potential team members
• Supervise and ensure accountability within the sales and operations teams
• Lead business development efforts, including managing outside sales personnel
• Attend sales meetings, conduct presentations, and uphold guest satisfaction standards
• Address client and guest relations issues promptly
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain inventory standards
• Build strategic partnerships and negotiate terms with local property entities
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure market compliance with company standards and policies
• Manage budgets and P&L, actively participating in the budget preparation process
• Review and acquire new inventory as required
• Maintain marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team
• Participate in industry and local market networking opportunities
Requirements:
• Self-motivated individual with a proven track record in managing sales and operations teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Management experience in relocation, hospitality, property management, corporate housing, travel, or real estate is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Some travel may be necessary
Benefits:
• Competitive compensation with a performance-based bonus structure
• Base salary in the range of $88,000 - $105,000
• Annual performance-based bonuses, including up to 10% of the market’s net income and an additional $15,000 based on company KPIs
