Account Manager - Inside Sales
 
National Corporate Housing is looking for a versatile leasing consultant to work as an B2B, business to business, Account Manager to lease our furnished corporate apartments, complete all stages of the sales process including paperwork, and assist clients as needed. This individual must close the business and foster relationships to help achieve market goals. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong customer communication skills and excellent follow through.
 
National Corporate Housing is a multi-brand, global leader in the hospitality arena providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. National is one of the largest providers of temporary housing around the globe.
 
What you are focused on:
  • Growing your specific market, increasing unit count strategically
  • Driving bottom line (profitability) through pricing, lease term negotiations, and unit growth
  • Generating new business leads through relationship building, local marketing, and sales to exceed market goals
  • Quick and accurate responses to large volume, time sensitive requests; ensuring clients are taken care of and winning leads
  • Being the National liaison for clients, vendors, customers and all things regarding lease agreements
  • Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills to sell
  • Achieving or exceeding our guest satisfaction scores – in 2020 our average score was above 95%
  • Building and maintaining strong partnership with local outside salesforce

What’s needed to be successful in this role:
  • Proven experience in an inside sales position
    • Apartment Leasing or Hospitality/Hotel experience is preferred
  • Must be an extremely fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to market and sell our existing inventory to the maximize occupancy
  • Ability to respond to incoming leads within 2 hrs. to maximize winning chances
  • Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think futuristically and creatively in providing options, sales solutions, and problem solving
  • Bachelor’s Degree is ideal

    • $19.27– $23.00/ hr.
    • Denver market estimated commissions earning potential of an additional ~ $500 - $1,000/month after ramp up, uncapped
