Harrisburg is a town in Pennsylvanie that is situated along the banks of the Susquehanna River. The Capitol's dome dominates the skyline; when the structure was constructed in 1906, President Roosevelt scommented on it saying that "It's the handsomest building I ever saw." tourists come to marvel at its sheer size: the building covers nearly 6 acres. The Rotunda, a near clone St. Peter's Basilica, rises 275 feet. Visitors also come to enjoy the Harrisburg Shakespeare Festival, watch a Senators baseball game, or visit the Susquehanna Museum of Art. Each year, the Pennsylvania Farm Show entertains 400,000 attendees with exhibits, competitions, and an abundance of food- it's the biggest indoor agricultural event in the US.
