Keller is a city in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex that advertises itself as "successfully balancing big-city comforts with small-town charm." The city had a population of 39,627 in 2010, ranking it as the 74th most populated city in Texas.

In the early 1850s, Keller was established as a stop on the Texas and Pacific Railway. The early residents settled around the forested region in Keller, because of its location to the Trinity River, water supply, and land.
