Garden Nest is a one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Gracia, one of the trendiest 'barrios' of the Catalan capital, where you can enjoy plenty of local and international restaurants, organic food markets and independent fashion boutiques. A bright apartment with a contemporary and modernist feel, it is named after its small interior garden that can be seen from the antique modernist windows.
The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area extend into the living area, which features a sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV. At the opposite end of the apartment; following the corridor, the master bedroom features a cozy queen size bed, a closet and a writing desk. The whole bedroom enjoys plenty of sunlight that enters the space through the balcony attached to it; the perfect place to have a drink or relax after a busy day.
The building doesn't have an elevator; however, the apartment is located just one floor above street level.
