The Draper is FLATS' largest adaptive reuse project to date, created by converting a dated office into a sleek black steel and glass structure. The unit mix offers Studio, Jr 1 Bed, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, and Duplex Penthouse apartments. The 1960’s origins of the office building provided interior design inspiration with mid-century modern furnishings adding flair to a retro Tiki Lounge, old-Hollywood style movie room, gym, and an expansive roof deck and lounge.
