About this property

This apartment hotel is located in one of Zurich’s most popular neighbourhoods, in Seefeld. The light and airy studios (40-45 sqm), 1-bedroom apartments (55-60 sqm) and 2-bedroom apartments (85 sqm) all have their own balcony, which faces the quiet interior courtyard, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Most apartments have a bathroom with bathtub, and those that don’t, have a shower. The property is located in a very quiet area yet still easily accessible: tram stations, bars, and various restaurants as well as the lake are all close by. The Stadelhofen train station is less than 5 minutes away with public transportation and the main train station is 15 minutes away. Parking spaces are available for rent either on the property itself or in a close-by underground garage (pricing upon request).

About Zurich, Switzerland

Learn About This Location

Culturally diverse and beautifully seated at the meeting of river and lake, Zurich is consistently considered one of the planet's most liveable cities. Long known as a chic, hard-working financial hub, Switzerland's largest city has also become one of Europe's most trendy destinations, with an artsy, industrial-grit edge that's shown in its summer Street Parade.

Much of the historic center, with its meandering lanes and lofty church steeples, has been kept intact. Yet Zurich has also accepted contemporary trends, with the conversion of old factories into cultural centrers and hip living spaces- this is especially clear in Zuri-West, the nightlife area.
