Coquelicot is a quaint 1 bedroom apartment situated just a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower, ideal for a quick city break in Paris or a business trip as the neighborhood is chic and lively with little shops and restaurants. Once you enter the apartment you are welcomed by a luminous living room that has a dining table for four people and a large sofa, which is perfect when you want to kick back and relax and enjoy a bit of TV after a long day of sightseeing. Furthermore, from the balconies, you can take in the amazing view of the Eiffel tower whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine. On the left of the entrance, you will find a fully equipped kitchen perfect if you want to whip something up at home instead of going out for dinner. The main bedroom, situated just on the left of the living room and next to the bathroom, has a comfortable 140cm Queen size bed and a lovely view of the pretty Parisian rooftops. Just up the stairs is the mezzanine which has two 70cm single beds à l'italienne. Homes Truths:- The washer/ dryer is a combination machine. - There is an elevator in the building, but there are some stairs to access it.- The mezzanine is open to the living room.- The balconies are small, but a great place to walk out on and admire the Eiffel Tower view!
