- This home is equipped with a smart thermostat. In order to help conserve energy in the home, the thermostat has been locked to heating and cooling setpoints. These temperatures are industry standards and have been found to be ideal temperatures for, both, the summer and the winter to keep you completely comfortable during your stay.
