The first floor is at ground level, enter from parking area to a large mudroom with closet, huge kitchen/dining area with seating at counter as well as large expandable dining table for 6-8. large pantry and coffee bar with storage, full bath, large living room with artificial fireplace that emits heat and small sunroom-3 season room with new windows off the living room.
Second floor has a lit chandelier in a cupola over a large staircase. 3 full bedrooms and a master suite with a KING BED, a hidden pop-up TV in a cabinet, dresser, 2 steps down to the large bathroom with stand up shower, and full washer/dryer. On same level is a huge walk in closet.
Other bedrooms consist of #1 QUEEN BED, ample closet space and a spot for a desk. #2 Double Bed, ample closet space and a large desk area that faces the front of the house, #3 Twin Bed, closet, small dresser. There is a full bath with stand up shower. There is no tub in this house.
Lots of easy parking, a fabulously unique outdoor area complete with a white life-sized unicorn, a Mermaid fountain and a life sized white lion.
There's an outdoor gas grill. Inside everything was remodeled about 7 years ago. Very beautiful hardwood floors, super high ceilings in this restored Victorian farmhouse.
