About this property

Nestled between the picturesque neighborhoods of Old and New Bellevue, the Courtyard Off Main Apartments offer a bit of their namesake communities: some of the old, a lot of the new.

The modern: sleek contemporary designs and a large airy spaces, provide the comfort of freedom – freedom from a cramped room, from bulky furniture or your house guests. Luxurious walk-in showers that eliminate the inconvenience of high stepping over the lip of a tub.

But some things don’t need to be changed, and they shouldn’t. They’re perfect the way they are. They’re the classics: Meydenbauer Bay at sunset seen from your private covered deck. That’ll never change, and thankfully so. The charming atmosphere of Main Street and its eclectic shops and restaurants, where you can dine on dim sum as easily as an artisanal bacon cheeseburger. The patter of ducklings following their mother at nearby Downtown Park.
