A strategist at heart with a sharp eye for sustainable growth, Ho Wan Lee leads National Corporate Housing’s financial strategy, global operations, and capital planning. He’s passionate about translating data into decisions that drive performance and unlock opportunity.
Since joining National in 2016, Ho Wan has held several key roles including Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development, Director of Corporate Development, and Corporate Development Manager. In every position, he’s focused on increasing efficiency, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Before National, Ho Wan built a strong foundation in investment banking with KPMG Corporate Finance and Arcstone Partners, and launched his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, supporting M&A and commercial banking.
A proud graduate of Florida International University, he earned his B.B.A. in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Based in Colorado with his wife and daughter, Ho Wan enjoys playing soccer and making memories with his family.
