About this property
Mallard Bay is an upscale community with an Historic Crown Point Address! The community layout is centered around beautiful lake views and landscaping, with a paved jogging trail that circles the lakes. The unique front- to- back construction style of Mallard Bay means that every apartment is designed with a back patio or balcony view, away from the street and parking areas for enhanced resident privacy. With its rockscape waterfall feature, beautiful lakes and fountains, it is easy to see why many people mention that Mallard Bay has the look and feel of a resort. The indoor racquetball/volleyball court, outdoor tennis courts, leash-free bark park, and free fishing add to the resort ambiance. The floor plans are all open concept and generous with space. With unique wall angles, gas fireplaces, and access to the patio from the master bedroom in some layouts, kitchen bars and clean, fresh attention to detail, the inside is just as well managed as the exterior.
